Mane, You Go Girl! started the way most hair brands should — with a bad install, a full refund request, and a decision to source it properly.
The story
Hair that behaves like your own.
Anyone who has worn extensions knows the pattern: the first week looks incredible, week three starts tangling at the nape, and by week five you are cutting out the bundle you paid the most for. We were done with that cycle.
So we went the slow route — testing vendors, wearing the hair ourselves through washes, silk presses and humid summers before offering a single bundle for sale. What survived that became the collection: raw, cuticle-aligned hair in ten lengths and three textures, priced so a full install is actually reachable.
We are a small operation, which is the point. Orders are packed by hand, payment questions get answered by the person who packed them, and if a bundle is not right we would rather hear it from you than read it in a review.

Three things we will not compromise on

One donor per bundle
Bundles are kept from a single donor so the cuticle runs one direction. That is what stops matting at the nape after a few weeks.

Weighed before it ships
Every weft is weighed to 3.5 oz and checked for short hairs and glue residue. Anything that fails goes back.

No steam-processed patterns
Our wavy and body wave textures are natural patterns, not steamed in. They come back after a wash instead of dropping straight.

That is the whole policy. Message us before, during or after your install — we would rather help you keep a bundle alive for a year than sell you a new one every season.
