How your bundles get to you.

Orders are packed within one to two business days after your payment is verified. Because payments are confirmed by hand, an order placed late in the evening or over a weekend starts processing the next business day.

Verification usually happens within a few hours during Mon – Sat, 10am – 7pm CT.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. Orders over $250 ship free on the standard tracked service. Memphis, TN • Shipping Nationwide.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and the order status on our side moves to Shipped. If tracking has not updated for three business days, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.

Check your address before submitting an order — it is the single most common cause of a lost parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will reship it once the return arrives and the reshipping cost has been covered.

Email hello@maneyougogirl.com with your order number within 48 hours of a damaged delivery, including photographs of the parcel and contents. We will replace the order at our cost.
