The agreement between us.

An order becomes an offer to buy when you submit it, and we accept it when we verify your payment and begin processing. Until then we may cancel an order — for example if an item sells out between your order and your payment arriving, or if the price shown was wrong.

Every order receives a unique order number in the format MYGG-10001. Keep it: it is how we find your order and how we match your payment.

Payment is currently accepted by Cash App and Venmo. Your order is held with the status Awaiting Payment until a person on our side confirms the transfer. Pressing a payment button on this site does not mark your order as paid.

Include your order number in the payment note. Payments we cannot match to an order after 72 hours may be refunded and the order cancelled.

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before an order is accepted. Stock counts are updated as orders are processed; if an item sells out after you order but before payment is verified, we will offer a substitute length or a full refund.

We describe our hair as accurately as we can, including length, texture and weight. Raw hair is a natural product: shade, density and wave pattern vary slightly between bundles, and photographs are taken under studio lighting. Minor variation is not a defect.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, resell our photography as your own, or use the store to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to any account or address involved in chargeback fraud or abuse of our staff.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order you placed. We are not responsible for results achieved by a stylist, for damage caused by colouring or heat applied after delivery, or for delays introduced by the shipping carrier.
