What can be returned
Unopened bundles in their original sealed packaging, with ties and wrap intact, within 14 days of delivery. The hair must be in resalable condition.

Hair is a hygiene product, so the rules have to be firm — but if something is genuinely wrong with your order, we fix it.

What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept:
- Hair that has been unwrapped, worn, installed or washed
- Hair that has been coloured, bleached, cut or heat-styled
- Bundles returned without their original packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
How to start a return
Email hello@maneyougogirl.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and give you the address. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Use a tracked service — we cannot refund a parcel that does not arrive.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original Cash App or Venmo account within five business days of the bundles arriving and passing inspection. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The order status will show Refunded once it has been sent.
Wrong item or a defect
If we shipped the wrong length or texture, or a weft has a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We cover return shipping and either replace the bundle or refund it in full — your choice.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a tracking number has been issued, the return process above applies instead.
